



"...everyone needs a Bradie!"
The first time I read those words in a card from one of my clients, I teared up! Then, a few months later, a vendor said the same line. While working an event, by the end of the night, everyone was calling me "Mom" because I was there for whatever they needed and it made us all laugh.
In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Everyone needs that person who will support them, hype them up, keep them on track, and be your advocate. In life, that person is likely your partner.
But who is that person for you both during this process?
Who is your neutral soundboard, director, and supporter?
Who is there to guide you through the process
and keep your day going smoothly?
Who is going to make sure you can relax and cherish each moment?
You need a Bradie.


After over 10 years working in administrative and project management roles that overlapped with Hospitality,
Bradie created Flores Events in 2020 (eek, I know!).
Having spent over a decade supporting c-suite executives,
she knew it was time to apply this knowledge
and transition to her own event management.
While beginning Flores Events, Bradie worked full time and finished her Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from California State University, East Bay. In early 2022, she left her "9-5" to commit to her business full time and bring beautiful events to life.
I've always had a love of events and all things creative,
but it goes hand in hand with
a passion for organization and processes.
If you could time travel back to ✨the 90's ✨and ask little Bradie, "what do you want to be when you grow up?" she would have enthusiastically answered, "a party planner!" She was (and is, ha!) the go-to person in her family & friends for all things gathering. You could find her, at 10, sitting to the side of her sister's birthdays with a notebook recording their gifts so they could send thank you cards,
because she thought it was fun.
Fun Fact:
Bradie really was named after the tv show,
"The Brady Bunch,"
which was playing in the hospital room the day she was born.

Avery, Lead Coordinator
With a background in Catering and Customer Service, Avery began working with Flores Events in 2022 as an Assistant Coordinator, and has supported Bradie in dozens of events throughout California.
Avery began taking on her own Lead Coordination events in 2024, as well as working with Flores Events to plan her own November wedding, getting to experience both the planning and the celebrating sides!
Fun Fact:
Avery recently completed her Bachelors in Art at CSU, Chico, and she enjoys creating all types of art, paper goods and prints!
