While most meetings take place in the final 12 weeks before the wedding, our support begins immediately upon booking, allowing us to offer guidance and help lighten the workload throughout the planning process.
We step in to manage vendors, create and oversee a detailed wedding day timeline, conduct a venue site visit, lead the ceremony rehearsal, and provide onsite coordination with both a Lead and Assistant coordinator.
On the wedding day, we handle the details, manage the flow, troubleshoot any last-minute changes, and ensure all personal items are accounted for,
so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

PARTIAL PLANNING
Partial Planning is designed for couples who feel confident with some aspects of planning their wedding, but want a professional to provide structure, guidance, and oversight throughout the process.
Partial Planning includes monthly planning meetings with customized timelines and task check-ins, working hand in hand with our team as part of your planning support. We regularly communicate with both vendors and clients to ensure progress stays on track, and quarterly design meetings to assist with design decisions, color palettes, and table settings.
Couples also receive access to curated vendor recommendations and a client portal that serves as an online hub for contracts, invoices, appointments, and task boards.
Partial Planning seamlessly transitions into full Month-Of Coordination, allowing you to have all the bases covered for the day, partnered with regular support from our team.

FULL PLANNING
Full Service Planning is best for clients who are looking for
start-to-finish support in the wedding planning process.
We work closely with our couples to understand their vision and successfully curate their team of industry professionals. Our team's full management of the design and planning allows couples to focus on end-decision making and the overall experience as Nearlyweds.
Due to the dedication of time for Full Planning Events, our team takes on a limited amount of clients for this service.
